We answer within a few days.
If something went wrong in the app and you were given an error code, include it — it tells us exactly what happened.
An import failed and mentioned an error code.
That code means the fault is ours, not yours. Send it to us. A screenshot of the recipe
usually works in the meantime — it uses a different route into the app.
My subscription is not showing up.
Open Settings and use Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, write to us with the
email address you bought it with.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Cancelling there stops the renewal and you keep access until the period ends.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. It removes your recipes, your lists and your account
for good — we cannot undo it afterwards.
Are the nutrition figures accurate?
When they are marked as estimates, they were worked out from the ingredients by a model, not
measured. They are a guide. Anything not marked came from the person who wrote the recipe.
I have an allergy.
The app warns you when a recipe contains something you have told it to avoid, but it cannot
be certain — recipes are written by people and ingredients vary. Always read the ingredients
yourself.
